Hey guys, this isn't the lovers' seat

Singapore reporter was annoyed to see this couple behaving intimately on the train.

Said the singapore reporter:

"This couple came onto the train and the girl sat down on the reserved seat and beckoned the guy forward, before hugging the guy as he stood in between her legs."

What do you think? Is it impossible for couple doing like that in the public?
